I use a solution-focused approach, which means we focus on where you want to be, rather than going over the past.
Most people work with me for around 6 - 12 sessions to create long-lasting (and often life-changing!) difference in your life.
Session are either in person or online - both are equally effective.
While no therapy can promise specific outcomes, I always work in a creative way, drawing on all my skills (I’m also an ICF-accredited leadership and career coach) to support you in moving forwards.

Pay per session
1 hour - £85
60-minute session specifically to ease stress, quieten your mind and help you relax deeply.
I will teach you about how the brain works, where anxiety, low mood and anger come from and what you can do about it.
You’ll learn practical ways to shift your mindset and take control back.
You will leave calmer, more relaxed and with a roadmap for feeling better and moving forward.
Includes my personalised sleep & relaxation MP3 audio and a toolkit to use for life.
I integrate coaching (around work, life or career) into my sessions and we can focus solely on coaching if you prefer.
Block of 6 sessions
6 × 1 hour sessions - £460 (saving of £50)
Learn the neuroscience foundations of positive mental health and how to actually apply tools in a way that works in everyday life.
A structured approach to help you move forward from anxiety, overthinking, overwhelm, perfectionism, low mood, panic attacks, low confidence and feeling stuck.
You’ll learn how to move out of survival mode and move towards a much more positive, enjoyable way of living.
Includes my personalised sleep & relaxation MP3 audio and a toolkit to use for life.

Block of 8 sessions
8 × 1 hour sessions - £600 (saving of £80)
An 8-session neuroscience based programme for real, lasting change to your wellbeing and life.
You’ll learn what’s really been holding you back, and how to take the steps to finally move forward.
By the end, you’ll have a practical toolkit for taking back control that you can use for life.
Includes my personalised sleep & relaxation MP3 and tailored techniques to support your progress throughout.
