Iβm Lorna, and I help people struggling with anxiety, sleep problems, overwhelm and self-doubt β¦. to feel calmer, more confident and in control.
Iβm a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and ICF qualified Coach.
I blend neuroscience, psychotherapy and hypnosis to help you step out of survival mode and instead feel in control of your anxiety, mood and confidence.
Together, weβll focus on creating practical solutions - thereβs no need to dig into the past. Whatever you want to achieve, weβll map out a path to get you there.
My practice is based in Edinburgh and I support both in person and online hypnotherapy.
I also have a Disclosure Scotland PVG Certificate allowing me to work with children.
